The Hagibor master plan defines an area located east of the city center of Prague. The 8 hectares site borded by large green areas is easily accessible. It is directly connected to and surrounded by main streets, several streetcar stations and is located on a major city artery.
The project envisions the creation of a mixed-use space where housing, businesses and shops are combined. It requires a high level of technical, functional and social requirements, so that the new community can develop alongside these shared public spaces.
The four central office complexes are connected by a central square where we propose the establishment of a water area to accommodate the large influx of visitors and residents and the implementation of common facilities and green courtyards. The multifunctionality does not stop on the ground floor but it is extended up to the rooftops where green terraces are accessible.
These new developments relate to the existing landscape structures in downtown Prague, completing a broad urban composition.
