What the jury thought: "A powerful statement about the dimension of the landscape. Without any anecdotal development. With a few lines and very few elements, this incredibly powerful project succeeded in transforming a place of waste. The public space catches the poetry of the void, the city, the ocean and the rough modernity of the Perret brothers' architecture".
