The European parliament has a narrow and a long street inside the building, 190 meters in length, 6.9 meters in wide and 30 meters high. Rather than planted trees that will be off the scale, our proposal is to create a garden of lianas. On these mentor cables there are vines and philodendrons. They are punctuated by gallows and water pipes to help the winding of the plants.
